I think that's for the pressure unit (hpa). Can you calculate

the surface mixing ratio? Is the value something around 10s g/kg?

And what's the typical value of dry static energy? Try calculate s/cp,

does that match the typical profile of theta?

Your calculation seems ok to me, I believe there's some unit error

within your calculation, try to make sure every value you calculate

make sense before you go on.
