The greatest environmental threat in the world is the potential for
nuclear winter. The current nuclear arsenal is still large enough to
produce nuclear winter. Nuclear winter is still the accepted theory to
predict the global environmental consequences of a nuclear holocaust.
When I have given talks on this subject, I have often been asked for
copies of my slides, so I have just produced a PowerPoint on Nuclear
Winter that is suitable for a 1-hour public lecture or university class
on the subject, and am making it available at no cost. You can download
it at:
